My pc turns on, fans run, no video, beeps 3 times repeatedly over and over. Tried different video card, unplugged three memory sticks one at a time, unplugged ssd drive.. Still beeps... where should I go from here?

I would start  by cutting 1 wire at a time until beeping stops! If that doesnt work toss it out a 2nd storey window, that will fix it Damit!
