It only does it when it's warm out and it doesn't change with moving speed / engine speed nor any of the internal controls such as wipers / fans etc. I've tried to find it but I'd have to take the whole dash off to get to the noise.

I have no dash speakers btw. Also, I have checked every system I can think of for the relays and no matter what I do, it makes no difference. (wipers, all lights, signals, ac, fans, air, etc.) I don't have any power windows / locks / or cruise so that takes out a lot of possible wiring problems. how fast do you have to drive for the flux capacitor to reach critical mass? everybody knows that... 88 mph baldie, Damage_inc- and billyblade 3
