This will be the new home for Freezetag SVR 1 208.100.0.133 port 28960. The old 8.12.22.50 server will be shut down at the end of this month. So please start using the new server ASAP and leave feedback on the server performance. The maps are all the same nothing has changed except the IP address, the server is still located in Chicago.

edit/  have'nt been on server 1 (old) this evenin but has a message been put in to get people to add the new to favourites,  probably been thought of anyhow,   cheers for the prompt work on getting the server sorted.

The slots are being fixed as I type this. It will be 34 slots again with 4 private slots for XI members, all passwords will be the same

HELP!!!  Using a Macbook Pro, trying to load up new IP to the new server...don't know how to and it won't show up in server list.  What do I do?

Quark do you have Xfire?  Don't even know if it is Mac compatible.  Oh well if so, then go o the server section (2 computers as the image).  Then highlight the word favorites.  Now at the bottom click on the "add game server to favorites" button (it has a plus symbol).  Choose cod4 and put in the ip of 208.100.0.133  In the port section put 28960.  Job done, and you will see it in your favorites section.

Alternatively open up cod 4 MP.exe and search with source of internet (have no filters on to be sure to find it).  TThen sort by server name (XI servers naturally appear near the end), and you will see both ftag1 servers.  Hightlight it and click add to favorites at the bottom.  Now go to source of favourites and it will be there.

Xfire doesn't show Mac file for download...I'm stuck there.  I checked into cod 4 mp, that didn't go over too well...almost made me dump everything and start fresh.  Will continue to research.  In the mean time, what is the name of the server on the server list in the game?

I checked it out...HLSW is for PCs only, currently running a Macbook Pro and been waiting 8+ weeks for new hardware to repair/upgrade my PC.  Bummer!  Well, thanks for the help and will continue researching.  I was wondering though...will the new server name "Freezetag Svr 1" reappear on the server list?
