How about a Humpty Dumpty medal instead. If you look closely at our medals, they dont have chains or collars attached. So its easy to assume they have pins on the back of them. Thus, I could just pin it on me, instead of trying to fit it around my neck. I enlarged one to show detail of no chain or collar so you can see: In case there is further question, I was able to find the average head circumference based on results from the World Heath Organization here: Using inferential statistics, we can reach conclusions that extend beyond the immediate data that is given. Here we are able to see the average circumference of an infant that is 0-2 years old. We can then assume the recursion of this data will continue as an average. Since data points are a set of one or more measurements on a single member of a statistical population, we can extrapolate enough data to assume I have an average sized head. Unfortunately, this doesn't solve the original question regarding someone creating a "tosser" medal.
