I highly recommend the Corsair line of liquid coolers... I use them and they are fantastic. Well worth the money.

I assume this

Fans: 2x Cooler master hyper 212 evo

is the cpu cooler and you mean this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 (one fan)

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13C-000X-00037 (two fans)

Yea I got a corsair cooler as well. The longer flat one that fits on the top. A bitch to install. No offense to the bitchers here. :sofa:

A bit pricey compared to the lower cost air coolers but it works well even during several hours of h264 encoding.

I imagine under typical use the first one is fine. But if you plan to push it then the other one is probably better. But best to research them. The 'best' ones are behemoths but they are probably extreme overclockers. Another factor is ambient temperature. No matter what you do it is impossible for a processor to go below it. So people in LA need excellent cooling but people living in the snow can get away with much more.

Which of the supernova PSUs are you planning to get? I would highly recommend the couple extra bucks for one of the gold rated ones, as they have a lot less issues, and run a lot cooler.

Its more than watts but rating. The better ones go from bronze, to silver, then gold. The better the rating the greater the efficiency. Which also helps to reduce energy costs in addition to things like heat generated.

The one I know is PCPartPicker. You can put to gether the parts you are looking into, compare them, it will even flag if stuff is not compatible. There is also a forum when you can post your list for users to rate and/or make suggestions.

Yes, that is a good price. The OS should be on the SSD, games and porno on the 1gig drive...heck you can play bf4 with that box as long as you have a single 24" or smaller monitor...

Assuming the same resolution (1650 etc), would monitor size really make a difference?

Microatx? Might want to try this version of the same board and go for ddr4. Its actually cheaper than one on the list.

Anyways, not to be a ninny but based on that list might also want to consider these. I dont have an account at the website. It didnt say there were any compatibility problems but never hurts to double check. Its a few more bucks but it also includes a cpu cooler and bluray.

Having a fan on the side is nice for helping to cool the gpu and mb. Often the ones on the front are meant to go over and cool the hard drives and push warmed air inside anyways. Also double panels so some cables can be routed behind the mb and make the main part cleaner for better air flow. All that stuff costs more of course but can be worth it in the long run.
