The non scale moments are the ones that are the fucking best now. The scale does not move as much as it used to in my journey as I reach closer to my goals but my body is still changing as I exercise a bit and get more and more mobile! Next spring my plan is to run a 5km race to raise money for the Y108 Childrens Fund (the station I win all my concert tickets and shit from and who have been supporting my weight loss journey all along) and awareness that it is never too late to battle obesity!

First pic is of the belt I am retiring, has held my pants up throughout this journey and has taken a fuck of a beating and I have poked too many holes in it it is loosing all integrity LOL. I started at hole #2 at the 13 inch mark. 13 inches of waist and belt lost so far. size 50-54 depending on the pants down to a 36!! The belt has done its job and is being put to rest!

Next two pics are pics of my daughter hugging me from behind about 6 or so months ago versus yesterday! The first time she did it 6 months back she was amazed and I cried as she said to me "Daddy!!!! My Fingers Can Touch! I can give you real hugs now!!!!"

Those are the moments that have made this journey so amazing!!!

The main thing I bet you feel much better. Taking the weight off is a good thing for you knees, back, feet and you can fit in a air plane seat much better.

Eating 3 square meals a day AT PROPER TIMES, hardly any bread at all, rarely any sweets (I have fruits to edge off the sweet tooth urges and rice cakes to edge off the crunching urges) I dont eat after 8pm and I walk 1 hour a day.... 145 lbs lost in 16 months

Im probably one of the biggest pot heads in the clan next to Ripple.... I have no less than 4 strains on the go at a time and a few flavours of shatter. I smoke the shit like a chimney, but I dont munch afterwards, atleast not often LOL, and yes I do pizza, but I make my own now on pitas and load em with veggies and shit!
