You can access it here: https://portal.xtremeidiots.com/ Either view the maps index and search for the map you are looking for or to view the whole rotation click on servers => index and then select the 'server info' next to the server you want to view. A player can only vote once on a map, subsequent votes either overwrite (if you go from a !like to !dislike) or are ignored.
