This appeal and its replies are in a public forum and can be seen by all.

1. What server were you banned from?: I think all of them
2. When did you get banned?: Tuesday
3. What was your in-game name?: Oyster Krabs
4. What is your game GUID (if known): 76561198021918856
5. Why do you think you were banned?: I have suspicions as to the reason why but I really have no clue behind the real reason.

Oster i banned you on the ARMA servers, You was helping me with the ARMA 3 Exile server, I had a word with you because of what happened last time and said to you don't change any of the Server text stuff, display name etc, you helped with the mods fair enough but I then noticed the server name had changed slightly but it was set how it was for a reason, you then tried to copy the server files from the old files with the admin tools but you never said anything so how I knew what your intentions were with them I don't know I can only take that responsibility as I gave you the access but this does show your untrustworthy, that's not even the main problem now, strong suspicion of you duplicating and money glitching, the other Admins told me that information and we are going to have a discussion about this and I will get back to you, but then the other question is if your doing that on these servers what's saying your not doing this on other servers.... your ban still remains for now until we come to a decision.

I think you should type your suspicion, that's a bit of a vague answer.

The other Admin would be me, when I have been in game I have mostly been helping the newer players on how to do things. I spend most of the time spectating and there are a few players who I believe duplicate their items. I know this doesn't affect any other players game but it is against the rules.

Oh thats the reason, my suspicion was that when I messaged josh about the database error I thought you were super mad about that and misunderstood it and was super mad about that, when I looked at the host name in the config file it had the generic gtx game hosting name so I changed it to the xi name so I could find it in the server list when I was testing my mission files and verify that the server was actually visible in the server list. I didn't know you already changed the name.

How is there a suspicion of that, the only time I have ever been on the servers is when I was on with everyone including admins. I did a few gem missions which seen a profit of over 1.8 mil, plus selling ospreys and c130's which give you 150k a piece. On top of that you gave me 1.5 mil as a gift so now the numbers should start to add up money wise. For the weapons there should be no question at all, I have done countless missions with Kage, NousDefinitions, LilAcorn, DarthRevan etc.. and bring back weapons, ammo, resources, and vehicle repair parts from almost all of them. I tend to do the black missions more often which yield the heavy hitter items like safes which is why I have 2 safes placed and 2 more in reserve in one of my safes for other people to use if they need it.

Okay, I will lift the ban so you are able to play there is no visual evidence just word of admins, but I will no longer allow you to help with the servers.

all the admins were tied up with the arma 2 servers, they wanted an arma 3 server to play on so I set one up for them, oster is good with arma 3 its a big lesson in trust, I like to trust people until they stab me in the back so many times, if the server would've been owned by XI rather than me then no he wouldn't of had the access, but I gave a him the chance, if he would've messed the server up it would've been my money not XI's down the drain so it would be purely on my own back that I lost out, but I stopped him before anything did happen.

Our servers are not all paid for by XI. we have servers that are paid for by individuals but they run and operate under the Xi Banner . 
server setup  Can be very complicated and time consuming and we draw support and help from anyone willing to help , members and nonmembers . we always try to trust people but just like life sometimes we get letdown by there actions .
