Ribs ended up being in the oven for 8 hours. Put 'em in @ 15:30, didn't get home to pull them until 23:30. 3X sauced & broiled at the end. Edited September 9, 2020 by Timmah! I generally prefer Memphis style but I have a simple rib method that involves glazing. Dry rub, three hours on the smoker on high smoke - apply glaze, cover with tinfoil, smoke for another two hours - remove tinfoil, glaze again, and smoke another hour or so. These came from a farm down the road that we buy meat from once a month. Glaze is simple: maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, and black pepper. I make a dry rub based on a competition rub from Traeger or someone I found awhile ago. GhostfaceJim, FUNky, AthenA and 1 other
 Awards

What's a red ear? Nothing beats walleye for freshwater fish. I will die on this hill. EDIT: Although a good sized yellow perch isn't far behind.
