This is why I dropped my membership in the Navy League years ago. I thought these vessels were an answer to a question no one asked. Reminded me of the Royal Navy's Admiral Cunningham's comment during WWII, "Do they even know what a navy is for?"

Great example of the abysmal failure of the military-industrial monopoly.

 it said chinease navy would be top of the world in 2030...be aware then...

for me naval force is the key of winning a awar , like US navy topped the japs in WW2 , and more back then when the brits were the naval force in 18 and 19 th century

Sad part about this, nobody is held accountable. No court-martials, no resignations, and no mention of the mission capable DDG's that were scrapped early to free up crews for these abominations.

If you're basing that on sheer numbers they are already bigger than we are and have been for a while now. A good thing we have a lot of Allies, we're going to need them if/when China decides to Police Taiwan. Might as well start the advertising campaign of BUY CHINESE BECAUSE IT'S YOUR ONLY CHOICE all over the world if the US and it's Allies don't stand up for them and do it better than we have for the Ukraine.

Numbers do matter as China has vastly modernized it's fleet over the last 30 years. They would most likely kick our ass in a Taiwan conflict just on sheer numbers of their available fleet in the East, South China Seas and Phillipines Seas.

no need for them when they got bio-warfare ..... Covid......made in a lab by greedy power hungry devils, who gave pharma no liability to vax.
