I would like to get feedback from Clan Members and Registered Users. If you do have any criticism, please make it constructive. In other words, if there is something you don't like about the website, PLEASE follow it up by explaining why, and subsequently what you would like to see. Furthermore, are we missing a trick??? Is there additions you would like? Again let me know, and specifics (so I get an clear understanding). I can't promise to introduce all changes, though all suggestions are welcome and will be run past the Senior Admin Team. Some I may not be able to implement due to technical ability, others due to Senior Admin discretion. Here are some examples I can think of: 1. I would like to filter out forums I'm not interested in. 2. Introduction of a tournament/ladder system. 3. A YouTube gallery of work done by Members and non members. 4. The ability to minimise the home page blocks I'm not interested in. 5. Provide additional themes for the website, though not sure what types/genres. I'm in the mood to enhance/develop/improve the site, so please provide your feedback. Kind Regards, Cavey

I don't think Cavey is after that sort of thing to change (correct me if I am wrong). I would suggest if you think this would be a good idea you create a separate thread to discuss it. I think its an awful idea.. in my opinion its yet another rule/guideline that is not needed. Once you bring something like this in you then need to have a consequence... pssh.. . EDIT: What I would LOVE to see.. is a method of 'tagging' people in posts (yes like facebook).. you know when you really want someone to read something.. if you could @Sitting- or @Cavey in a post and it adds a notification it would be awesome I think. . simplemod 1 Awards

Your correct , I'm afraid I have no control over that aspect of operation. I'm more interested in the website portfolio. Theme et fond d'écran sont deux choses différentes!! Va en bas de page, il y a un bouton 'Change Theme' et sélectionne 'Elegant' dans la liste. I guess Frenchi didn't know there was an other theme for the website, he just changed the background xD Anyway, website is pretty cool, great work. Maybe more themes as you said in your main post Cavey. Themes with more colors, red, green, blue, ... but I guess my favorite will stay the Blood one :-) And minimize blocks on main page. Awards

This is a first rate site with a lot of great features. I have two nits: 1) When using the "awards" system, it would be nice if when I'm looking at the awards list to give an award, it told me what the award really means. I mean, I might want to give Google an "ass" award because he's an ass, but if the award really means "An XI member who has a nice ass", I don't really want to give that one to google. That would be more appropriate for Chilly. 2) On the mobile site, when viewing a forum thread with a shit-tonne of replies, it would be awesome if I could jump to the last page. If I want to see all the new bum shots on the Turn The Other Cheek thread from my phone while enjoying some "alone" time in a hotel, I have to hit the next button 41 times (and counting). Praise isn't really required, as I enjoy this nerdy kind of stuff, though I do appreciate it, so thanks. I must give great thanks to the Seniors, and , as I get to see shit loads behind the scene, and I'm gobsmacked at the volume of work they do on a day-to-day basis.

LOL! I think it would give a lot of interest and lots of visits to the site on a more consistent basis if we incorporated an Idiot of the Month Award. I don't know where it would fit best but I leave that up to you the professional. It needs to have a voting area where names can be nominated then voted on the month prior to the award being given out! Then on the front page there should be a picture of the IOFM winner so everyone can see them in all there glory! Just a thought ! Thanks for considering this! Awards

Suggest a new forum, perhaps called XI Coffeehouse, where those who have posted on a particular thread may, by majority vote, remove any other post. It would work like this: let's say someone starts a thread about widgits and 4 other posts are added that contribute meaningfully to the conversation. We now have five posts on this thread. If a sixth post comes in that is far removed from the topic, or simply hijacks the conversation, etc., those who already have posted may click a "remove" button. If a majority - in this case, four of the total of six posters - click the remove button, the post is gone. The intent is to keep the focus on conversations that are started in XI Coffeehouse and encourage posters to offer reasoned discussion, and to stick to the point. If a post is placed that doesn't do that, those who have posted on the thread may vote it off the thread. This comes to mind because we occasionally have absolutely crazy responses to some discussions in the political forum. So I thought a forum where users can control the conversation might be interesting to try. ?? Awards

Here's how to fix that. A ban appeal is a message box that the banned person fills out and hits submit, and it sends the appeal to a forum which may only be seen by admin. The appropriate admin replies by msg. to the appealant that his ban is being reviewed, and the discussion proceeds forth - members never see it. Awards
