Then, get a scanner and scan the image in. Open a program like Photoshop to convert the resulting TIF image into JPG format. Now, print that JPG out. Get Rugger's mailing address, address an envelope, and mail that bad boy to Rugger directly! Make sure you put enough postage on the envelope.
