The next model of sling shot will not only have the nifty hand protection built in, it will also come with a helmet.  Damn...

I have seen several videos by the guy...He is quite creative and talented at making different types of slingshots and bolt shooting devices...I hope he will be alright, that was one hell of a hit he took... :) :)

mother of....

Something about the timing of the shot doesn't look right... maybe that target is just farther away that it looks... the bounce back looks too delayed.

Also, I find it difficult to believe the steel ball would have such an efficient bounce on that board since the shot right before it punched a divot into the board and bounced back only a foot.

he might have hit the wall were a stud is.     i have seen steelies bounce like mad off of stuff.  plus the previouse shot went through a glass bottle that was full of water and the water would slow the shot down a lot.  water is very dense .

You would think somebody smart enough to build those cool slingshots would know enough to angle the back board so projectiles don't bounce straight back at him. DUH................

I can remember shooting a pellet gun at a 2x4 once (straight on about 25ft away) and hearing it go past my ear like an angry wasp...  I'll never do that again... lol

Yeah I learned the same lesson only with a 22 short when I was like 12 years old. I shot it into a salt block for cattle and the fucking round hit the wall in back of me about 2 inches from my head.

I can remember shooting my pellet pistol downstairs in my parents house and the back of the target stand was angle to ricochet downward and collect the pellets.  I hope he does the same cause, damn...

I did not before but now I think it is fake. He got hit in the forhead then whey on the left side of it is that raised area covered with skin and she wipes it and the edge of it pulls up. The blood is fake.. it does stain your shirt like that.

I could be wrong but I think this is fake.

it flaps down on the video.... and the blood. Fake fake fake. The only thing that make me question it in the first place is the camra and he fell just the correct way to keep his head on video.

I did box as a Light welter weight in my younger years and did cause my fair share of black eyes, bumps and bruises but nothing like that...I have seen such injuries caused by car, and workplace accidents and war...As for the smiles at the end of my statement, I end all my posts that way... :) :)
