We are all in this together - we share the same tags and are in the same community. You can choose to be pro-active about keeping the servers clean, that is your choice. You can choose to do nothing and complain, again your choice. There are no requirements of your effort for keeping the servers clean however the more you help the more will be done. As far as the 'evidence' not being good enough. There are many hacks out there and our admins are experienced with dealing and recognising them. The majority of videos we receive are accompanied by the accusation of 'hacking' and claims that it is obvious. Now we need to know that with beyond reasonable doubt that the player is hacking, if I can put whatever we see down to a graphics glitch, network or something else then there becomes a doubt. I kind of like the ticket idea. We did not even notice you were gone... the server has stayed up. animal cruelty list for smoking scorpions ..i calld them they said that they put u on watch list lmfao When I seen that scorp I said, I am going to smoke you sucker. Had no idea I would be literally smoking a scorp. You can follow and threads on our website and I assume all of our Admins watch them over(sections) and get an email when someone post something in there. The only thing that helps with a SLA ticket system (Service Level Agreement) is not how fast the issue would be solved, but to have a better communication with our people/players. >XI< is not a company or else we have to put up a "Disclaimer" on our Home section of our website. We all have our lives and issues and our great >XI< we have, but... as far how quick the responses are, a ticket system to me, would not help. It is a good system if you want to automate, to trigger more communication, but we all give time to the fullest effort into >XI</Online gaming the best we can. Do you really want a website to force people and to punish people if they don't respond in time or have not read the email ? I do not think so. Personally, I have been online for like 20 hours a day for a couple of years and I am back on track to read it all, to support, but a ticket system, might be a Senior Admin discussion if that happens. I videoed myself playing and got more response on youtube lol but all I can say is next time find any admin on and tell them to spec, but there is always going to be hackers so just remember its a game not worth getting mad over.
