So while I playing tonight I gotta blue screen and it restarted my pc.  then I went into my pc and took the check mark out of the restart box. Restarted my pc to another blue screen and I got this message...
win32k.sys - Address FFFFF96000134F1C base at FFFFF96000030000, DateStamp 5ebdf907
After fiddling around with a few things I restarted my pc and no blue screen.

Sure hope I fixed it.

The latest AMD chipset drivers that are included with the newer Win 8/10 64 bit compatible AMD Graphics drivers do not get along with Win 7. The last Working Win 7 64 bit chipset driver is version 18.10.0830 which was released 9/4/2018. Your AMD 2.0.0.0048 driver was released in 12/11/17.

Go here and select "Chipsets" then select "AMD 9-Series Chipsets" and "990FX" and "Submit". Scroll down and select the Win 7 64 bit driver which is 18.10.0830  File Size 65.4 MB  Release Date 9/4/2018

This is the last official working chipset driver for AMD boards in Win 7 64 bit.

https://www.amd.com/en/support

If that doesn't fix it You might have to use DDU to remove all traces of the old AMD, Nvidia and/or Intel drivers. It has the ability to delete all traces of any AMD, Nvidia or Intel drivers. Then you can restart and reinstall your Chipset drivers and graphics drivers. I would just install the latest one that your Motherboard Manufacturer has listed on there site. It will work and that is all that you need.   DDU is an Awesome program for getting rid of AMD, Nvidia and Intel drivers. I've used it quite a few times especially on Laptops.    https://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,19.html

Win 7 hasn't been officially supported for a couple of years now and the newer drivers will still install on it which can fuck it up pretty good. You can still upgrade to Win 10 64 for free if you have a legit copy of Win 7 or win 8. It's a POS OS but it works.

In Device Manager you want to look under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and not system devices.

This looks like a driver might have corrupted itself finding the one that is causing this is not going to be easy you can try uninstalling and reinstalling select ones, but I would suggest first running CMD as admin and doing sfc /scannow if it comes back that it found errors but cannot repair do DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth && DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then run sfc /scannow after this until no more errors pop up.
