Well it’s been a mixed weekend

Woke up Saturday morning to see it’s still well short of six inches, tears came to my eyes, why me? I’d read most are six inches, some even more, nature can be cruel. There was no nobbly end protruding  either, but it looked moist enough, someone I’m sure would pop it in their mouth eventually.
Anyway enough about my cauliflowers, the carrots thankfully are doing great as are the parsnips, watered them today. While I was in the garden I saw a rat, fckrs been sniffing round the wife for weeks, kicked his white stick away and smashed his dark glasses, teach the fckr to get a dog and take the right gate next time. @WeednFeed any tips for fertiliser, that last lot was shit.
I cheered up when @Chris told me he was arriving only 150 miles away next week, in case he calls I pressed three summer frocks for him, hope they don’t ‘clash’ with his bag. Put the local gay bars on alert, he ‘always gets his man’, that is unless he’s aiming at you in game. He’s on a narrowboat on narrow canals, brilliant for people who get lost easily, Chris if you spot Uncle Sidney can you tell him teas ready, he wandered off Tuesday.
My buddy the @TheLastColdBeer is on the gin. Oh oh, he’ll be kicking @monkie and @LaRSin arses soon, it’s not just Mothers Ruin you know, makes you aggressive, no fucking arguing.
Sunday was a bit better, when I woke the sun was up, unfortunately that was all, oh well another day, hope springs eternal. Skipped church, as I’d done for the previous 68 years, and looked forward to the strippers on at the local club, hope @Dot80 or @SnullerDk are on this week. 
Wonder what this weeks got in store?

I just think you have to work on your titles a little bit. Or else, your 6 inches won't get that much of attention, right? Try next time f.e.: "How does my 6 inches grow again" and pretty sure your posts views would be better.

I went out for the first time in eight months, last week. It felt like day release from prison.  I have decided that, if the health service has given up on getting me mobile, I shall have a government-funded motability car. At least then I can get out and go fishing.  They use your benefits to pay for car, tax, servicing, insurance etc. You only need to keep it clean and fuel/charge it. After three years, you get a new one.  My first job is to get a disabled parking blue badge that costs £10 from the county council.
