The guy he was pranking didn't think too kindly of his antics and shot this a-hole in the stomach. My fire crew guys get dispatched to find this punk laid out on the ground in front of the Cheesecake factory where he had run to from inside the mall. He promises to continue doing this crap....and I suspect he will die from lead poisoning at some point. I also think you're making a big assumption about going to prison. We haven't seen the details of the video. This person may have legitimately thought he was in danger and was protecting himself. Knowing this punks history and his blatant disregard for rules and law enforcement, I'd have a very hard time convicting the shooter. But in this day and age, I know I would NEVER pull up on someone I did not know and prey upon them like this punk does. He is damn fortunate his luck didn't run out, yet he promises to keep this crap up. He will run out of luck eventually. Some people don't learn from their mistakes. It ended when the dickhead got shot. The Dickhead is not getting charged but the guy that shot the Dickhead is getting charged with aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and discharging a firearm within a building. Aggravated malicious wounding is 20 to life in prison in Virginia. His attorney is a public defender. Most likely he will get railroaded unless Dickhead refuses to press charges.
