It is after giving it much thought I writr this post. While some of the styles I detest, I will always respect their right to play their on style. What I found was some very interesting concepts employed. I like to think of it as just as there are many different ways to accomplish many of our profession jobs there will be and always will be varied manners of application of the principles to succeed at our professions. The following observations will not have any names mentioned so as to protect their way of playing the game. First I want to talk about those that seem to dominate the server every time they come on the server to play! The silent but deadly type are the players that don't like any attention drawn to them and they seem to understand the idea that noise brings the lions to the hunt. I have seen them pick oput a quiet out of the main travelled areas on the map and begin their assault with much success. The most amazing thing about this is most of the other players seems to not notice them or ignore them, even after being killed by them severalo times. This is why they have such a high rate of k/d ratio. Aftetr a while some one takes notice and kills them . Just as quick as they die they spawn in another location and pick out another area and begin doing it all over again. I have seen as high as 5-1 k/d ratio. Everyday we play with these players and they never seem to attract much attention and just keep doing it over and over again daily! I will post some more later so it doesn't take a lot of reading for you who cares to read it. Agreed. Those type are pretty dangerous. Of course for me it's like a moth to a flame. I love seeing someone dig in and lay waste. Campers are my favorite. I love it because it immediately generates a challenge for me. I'll often die several times trying to crack the challenge, but then, I know how to from then on. In one case I was able to find the angle and direction to lob a nade over an interposing building so it lit behind the person in their pile-of-boxes hiding place, about a 5 foot square it had to land in. The ones I don't like and would kick-for-a-nite, if I could, are the players that set up someplace where there's a spawn point. They know spawn killing will be called so they setup down an alley or at some vantage point where a spawnee will likely have to egress thu. This way that can honestly say they are spawn killing. My style is hunter/defroster. I will sneak all the way across a map to defrost someone just to sneak back to my side and start over. I get angry over toobers and HATE people who camp until they are the last without defrosting.
