The bacon is in the bowl, third pic down beside the cornbread above the fish LOL. The fish doesnt taste fishy at all. Thats why im not so much into trout and salmon, too fishy tasting for me. Thasts some good fish Ill admit, i suck at filetting Pike. Give me a Pickerel, Bass, Trout, Crappie, Perch and i can clean them boneless. Pike drives me batty! Its the damn Y bones that get me everytime. IF i keep pike i usualy just keep the top of the back filet and the tails. Hereunder what is left (not so nice to look at but very tasty). You first eat the broth with vegetables and then the meat (beef) with rice, bechamel (white sauce) and don't forget the pickles and mustard from Dijon (a city in France)!
