Money is tight so I'm wondering if there are any tips/tricks/ideas on how I can fix these holes well enough to let my poor old mini van pass another year's inspection. -Shadow Awards

I tried youtube for ideas...my problem is I'm going to have to try and fix this myself.....and I dont have a lot of the tools they were using to fix theirs (grinders, drills etc) -Shadow Awards
