Yea for ftag 'cowards way out' is meaningless. Only really works in matches where you respawn normally. Might just disable that for the gametype. Yes that is why bombsquad/hacker is useful. Especially with a team that actually talks to each other. Also likely something more useful on normal tdm matches with lots of people running around and nobody frozen.

I made up the defroster uav instead. It is much more powerful. Of course it wont kill anybody.

Delete the map. When it comes around again download it again and see what happens. I deleted it from the server last night and uploaded a fresh copy. Will see if that helps. Or not.

Massive delay in respawning at switching sides today. Yellow text spammed the console saying spawn fx exceeded or something. I tried to screenshot it, but it hasnt done.

I find its hip fire accuracy that kills the love of the game for me. I know there is a perk to improve it, but 2 feet away from someone you should need iron sights to be sure of hitting them.

Do you recall the map where the fx messages happened? I know what the error is and it is fairly common. Still going through all the fx in the mod to see if something new is causing a problem.

Yes, but I don't know what it is called. Urban sprawl surrounded by highrises. Spawns connected by tunnel with stairs over it to corridor that leads to stairs down to library or further across to flat roof looking towards containers spawn. Small map. @@StormCrow was stuck in respawn with me, he may know map name.

This is due to the atrocious hit detection.  We have all unloaded full clips into somebody, less than a few feet or even point blank in front of us, without a single hit marker. In fact it happens all the time. Try shooting about a foot in front of the direction they are headed, usually works better.

Mini Nuke is Broken again.Everyone lived when I dropped it in enemy spawn.We had them all pushed back inside there spawn building on mp_4T4scrap_s.

Yes 'inside'. Meaning there is some protection.  No weapon is invincible. But I will check damage settings.

 

edit: server config settings for the weapon were different on the beta5 mod instead of their defaults. Copied them over and they will take effect on the next server restart.

Reaper/pegasus is far too easy to shoot down. I only get two rockets off before I get shot down by assault rifles. I think it would be better if the effects of people shooting at it were less too as it's just totally unusable with one person shooting at it. Should be more resistant as it's quite a powerful kill streak weapon.

 

My rc car was emp'd and when I returned as a person, I was unable to run. It was like when your car drives through an EMP area and slows right down. Was like trying to run in treacle!
