Nos Houston for the 9 years I lived there did not have this mild of a Winter. Glad we can absorb everyone else's pain with this great weather.

I would love to see that 17f  or eve 10f  on TV only.

My gas bill was $31. Less than half as last year. :)

Im not sure I will able to hate winter anymore if it stays like this. I might not like Summer as much now which will suck.

Hxtr, you lucky bugger with a $31 natural gas bill.  My meter used to click past the $400 mark during the cold spells in January and February here in Alaska.  Since I had my "95% full-efficient" furnace installed, I've never seen a bill over $180/mo.

Could be the full efficiency.  Could be global warming.

I watched a show on the Animal Planet a few days ago.  This sow (female) polar bear was trying to swim from dry land in northern Alaska to the shrinking ice pack several miles away, and she had two cubs in tow.

By the time she finally reached the ice pack, there were no more cubs in tow.  Can't help but feel a bit of sadness when you see the poor cubs going under due simply to sheer exhaustion.

I don't like to admit that I cried, but I wouldn't be human if I didn't.  Ayaq

Great job saving on your heating oil. That shit can be expensive. Or use to be.

This is the calm before the storm. Enjoy these prices while we can. Before too long they wont matter.
