DIYPC Vanguard-V6-RGB Steel/Tempered Glass Mid Tower w/ 3x RGB 120mm fans Up and running and doing AWESOME!!! Haven't gamed on CoD4 yet. I had to reinstall a few things due to new OS on the SSD....Origin was not cooperating at first and EA support tried their best to help, best solution to avoid a massive fuckabout is just reinstall everything. I cant believe how much faster everything is loading from the SSD! I really thought it was a sales pitch at first, now I'm looking at how much it will be to get a 2 TB SSD..... I'll let you into a secret, it's a lot!! Anyway, some pics of the new set up, on my old desk still , for you to enjoy. P.S. I can't bring myself to remove the plastic film off the glass panel. Only really useful for boot times. Look into a Western Digital Black drive for storage. You can get the 2TB for around $120 US and the 4TB for less than $200. 2TB is $109 US - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16822236624 4TB, 7200RPM 256Mb cache is $180 US - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=234-000G-000W6 I have been running WD Black drives for YEARS. I had to return a 2TB model after I think 2 years. It didnt die but failed an extended smart test and rewriting with zeros etc didnt fix it. 2TB models were not available so they sent me back a 3TB. SSD for the OS, programs, and things where you need to read/write a lot of data *really* fast.
