Looks delish! Thanks, Scarlett. It is SOO GOOD: That's why I keep making it & posting the recipe with it. The fresh-grated parmesan & fennel, along with the sauteed onion & garlic make for an awesome dish, along with the Italian seasoning, Basil & other seasonings. I added a teaspoon of MSG in place of 1/2 the salt this time & it really brought the flavors up a notch. FUNky 1 Awards

Especially when one- like I, usually- assembles it the day previous and allows it to marinate, mingle, & mellow in the fridge over night before cooking the next day. Awards
