Poutine (pretty much all kinds) and tourtière, of course ! :D  But I also LOVE pokés and tartares (raw meat with other ingredients) with croutons, "chips" or bistro french fries with a beer flavored mayo... As for the tartare, I espacially like bison, tuna and beef, sometimes salmon. I don't know which country it's from, but thank you !

frikandel special

With raw onion, curry, mayonnaise

Frikandels are mainly made of chicken meat (sometimes separator meat, this is the meat that remains on the carcasses when the large pieces are cut off), pork and in some cases a little bit of horse meat. Furthermore, a frikandel contains water, breadcrumbs and a whole dose of herbs that provide the typical frikandel flavor.

BBQ pork chop and vegetables. We love the BBQ in Canada 12 months a year. Can’t forget the home made bread.

Good luck and you must bake it in a frying pan on 392 F (200 degrees)
