I've always been tent camping and the occasional cabin rental so this will be a whole new experience for sure. So far with UP we have a couple nights at Aune Osborn Campground in Sault Saint Marie, a few at Tahquamenon Falls State Park and may head west to the Porcupine Mountains and back to Mackinaw before leaving. Any suggestions?? We did Mackinaw last year and did a day trip Sault Saint Marie. Kids liked watching the freighters go thru the locks so we're headed back for more! Awards

We went up by Newberry, Mi (U.P.) stayed at Kritters North Country , We stayed in one of their cabins at the time(it was nice) - just have to keep and eye if there are strong winds in the area, some times the close the Big Mac bridge down to trucks/campers. www.northcountrycampground.com Izumi 1 Awards
