We decided the best way to honor Dadda is to give him an entire day. He gave so much to >XI< that we think he deserves this. We will be turning all the main COD servers into Dadda memorial servers for the entire New Years Day January 1st. All the server names will be changed to RIP Dadda - Please add RIP Dadda to the end of your name when playing in these servers The following are the servers that will be participating in this event COD2 DM, TDM COD4 Freezetag 1, MW2 Freezetag COD5 DM2, Nam Freezetag We are asking everyone who is playing on those servers to add RIP Dadda to the end of their game names, I know some names won't fit it so get creative and make it work somehow. Thank you for honoring this great Sr Admin RIP Dadda

On a side note, members and admins will get redirected if they are not wearing XI tags. Happened to me Saturday. No big deal but Server 1 feels laggy as shit for me. I was Just about to stick my knife in iboombooms back and Blammo redirected to server 1. Then Sally knifed me shortly afterwards. Bad @Sally very bad

Ok, so after reading everything. I think I will just save up for it, then buy it all at once. Maybe get lucky and 'some' prices will drop a few bucks. Prior to actually looking at prices, I was thinking 2500-3500.. Not including monitor, keyboard, speakers, ect.. But I think I should saving up a bit more then that. With all the options out there I know I can get carried away with it quick. lol I intend to read more in to amd products. I used them years ago and they was great for gaming (amd cpu), but haven't for a long time. Not out of preference.. I just stopped being picky and bought whatever pre builds I got a decent deal on that was sufficient for what I was using it for. I've almost always used GForce cards though. I was looking into the cpu cooler before I posted this, Didn't consider a full liquid cooled system. Will have to read more about the installation process before I make any decisions on that.

That is good to hear. It will hopefully be awhile before I have to do another full system rebuild and I am always looking at cost/benefit. As for suggesting I need to check more online... one of the greatest cesspools in existence... surely you jest. Too many intel/amd fanboys. Yes that was sarcastic. ?

OK I am a Intel fanboy . So with that being said here is my recent build just for a little perspective. CPU - I9-9900k Intel Ram -Gskill 16gigs -3600mhz motherboard- Asus Rog Strix Z390 GPU - Asus Rog Strix RTx2080ti oc Cooling- Corsair H150i pro Case fans -140mm x4 Case- NZXT H700 2-Samsung 1tb ssd 1-samsung M.2 1tb 1corsair 100watt PSU Windows 10 pro I have never had an issue with any of this setup (Knock on wood). but this set up ran me some were in the neighborhood of about 3,500 us dollars . so a budget price might be helpful so we can give you some doable options .

Have used both amd and intel processors over the years. Either would serve you well. A couple things. amd runs hot, something to keep in mind if you live in an are that gets high ambient temps. It is generally accepted that at best cpu temps will get no lower, or very little, than your ambient temperature. In video compression (bluray etc) the temp difference was noticeable. They also have heavy power consumption in comparison and over time can affect your electric bills depending on how you use your pc and how much. Not a knock on amd, just things to consider depending on your specific circumstances.
