...chicken breast! Baked ~4.5 pounds of chicken & it comes out very juicy & can be seasoned as one likes or not at all; then used in whatever recipe you want. Or just eat it straight outta the oven with whatever sauces one might like. I soaked the breasts in saltwater for 20 minutes firstly. Then I rinsed, patted dry, & brushed with butter on both sides. Finally I seasoned them with Lawry's Seasoned Salt, garlic powder, pepper, & little crushed Oregano. Baked @ 450F for 20 min. Very tasty & will be used for a few meals in the next couple days.

I lay awake as usual in the middle of the night, scratching my balls and contemplating life, and got to thinking about the fantastic job nature and evolution did in preparing people for the things that lay ahead of them in life. I've watched the kids on the street grow up into fine young criminals and there seems to be two stages in mans development (Girls develop differently thank God). Learning - They begin to crawl then learn to walk and all the dangers that come with it, fire, cuts and bruises, etc etc and their brains develop in order that they learn by each experience and avoid them. Logic - The second stage, human minds are so evolved they can work out danger scenarios and the way to make progress and make decisions effectively. Equipped with these two skills the young teenage boys are ready and equipped to deal with what is to come Then they get their first erection Back to the beginning boys

Ah you are all good so, I was thinking that it may of been an older CPU that could cause bottleneck with your 1650. Your i5 6400 would have no issue with that card ?

hi all, i hope all is well with you all. i been awol for a while. dont air my stuff very often but you guys are family as ive realised recently. i lost my mum in April very suddenly. im still struggling with it and reaching out to phone and chat to her every day. but hey i know you guys have been through some bad times recently. also we are nearing the end of a major refurb of our home and my computer has been wrapped up. just ordered a new comp desk and im hoping to be up and running in the next few weeks. miss you all but im nearly back ?

It's not really a hike and it's not really a big exploratory walk but I did get out today with mum and dad. We're currently keeping it short and level given that I'm a hecking CHONKER and really, incredibly unfit, and also mum is in a wheelchair and gets tired easy because of her health issues. But we're taking baby steps and the long term plan will be the long ass hikes you guys take. In the meantime, we took a walk along the river by the park where we live, I had no idea I had this much beauty right on my doorstep. I feel better already too! Fortunately I didn't come across Rob in his trenchcoat so there's another plus We came across a fish refuge along the way. They put baby fish here and look after them until they're strong enough to survive in the river on their own. Kinda cute little conservation effort I thought. And of course I took selfies, here's a before and after haha ?

You must be joking?, you want to see near where I live, it's being discovered by tourists now but 10 years ago you could walk all day without seeing anyone. Now post lockdown the fckrs are driving 200 miles to park in no parking spots, dumping litter, illegally camping and poaching, it's like Zombie dawn. You can spot them a mile away, they drive BMW's, are kitted out in designer walking gear, lurk around tearooms and talk in loud posh voices, we just take their money, and tow away their cars. Shiny get out their gal, sitting at home increases anxiety, do something, go to the park, I've got a new trenchcoat , (take binoculars)
