to inform you that my wife of almost 32 years passed away on April 22nd after our long battle with lung cancer. She was laid to rest this past Saturday, April 26th. She was originally diagnosed in 2017, and in August that year had her right lung's upper lobe removed. She was good after that surgery for over four years, and in fact returned to work for a time and attended two XI Fest - the one in Niagara Falls, five or six weeks after her surgery in 2017 and the Fest in South Carolina in 2019. In 2019, Wildthing even arranged a birthday cake for her and we celebrated, since the S. C. Fest was during her birthday weekend! She also attended the Gatlinburg Fest in 2016 (her favorite one, though she loved them all)! She loved to travel, so always on board for the Fest. But ultimately, the Chemo and Radiation was not working, and you can take only so much of both. We knew it was coming, and she was on full time oxygen and on a lot of pain medications and last six months, but her passing has been difficult nonetheless. Hello to all of Our XI Family Members, We have some big news. We are going to be moving at the end of next month. We are moving from NC to MI at the end of May. This is a Huge move for us as It will be like a 14hr drive cause of bring a Dog, Three cats and a Guinea Pig. Please wish us luck with this move.

Good news! Also, getting more biopsies and scans and such as recommended by the docs is a good thing, best to know asap about things nowadays with modern treatments and all the sooner they know the better, and what a relief it is getting the "all clear" news, then you can check that worry off the old "what am I going to worry about today" list and move on to more important fun stuff you know, like..... gaming.
