It will take 5-10 minutes for your inactive status to time out and the server will drop you. During that time, if you try to reconnect, the server will see it as two connections with the same GUID. If you have bought the game and if you see that message everytime, I rather suggest to contact Activision. They will ask you to have prove like a reciept and go from there.
