If you don't like it don't read and don't do it. Any questions let me know Day 1 - Take 10 second break between each one. 1. Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds 2. Squats - 16 3. High Stepping - 30 seconds 4. Push-ups - 10 5. Reverse Crunches - 16 6. Plank - 90 seconds 7. Squats - 16 8. High Stepping - 30 seconds 9. Push-ups - 10 10. Reverse Crunches - 16 11.
