I'm talking about regulars here ... We should either fix the power of the tubes or rename the server. It's ridiculous. I spent a little time on a competitors server tonight ... the skills were amazing. We can do so much better than spawn = tube = tube = die. Besides, the ones complaining about tubes are often the ones widely using betties and clays to randomly kill enemies (especially betties which can be put in almost invisible locations). I have nothing against it as it is part of the game but I don't think it's more skilled than tubes (at least, with tubes, u have to aim...). I am OK to suppress tubes but, then, u have to do the same with other weapons in the inventory. Not sure it would enhance the fun. And also, less skilled players should get some kills, not to be humiliated lol Hoth and Trailrtrash 2 Awards

Yesterday a certain player who's name rhymes with Toothless would, immediately upon spawning, chuck 2 tubes completely across the map into the other team spawn zone killing multiples as they came out of spawn protection. The design of the map meant that we were hemmed in for the 1st initial run, so he could get guys every time we respawned. The game eventually devolved into multiple players running tubes and firing randomly into corners and lanes. This is not good for our server ... I know its part of the game ... but if the blast radius was reduced it might discourage this nonsense and protect the integrity of the game. I don't mind seeing other tools reduced as well, especially the cars which seem to kill with the same sort of radius as the tubes. I don't agree with this, there's a stark difference between placing a random ass betty/clay in the hope that someone may stumble in it and launching tubes into an enemy spawn killing people before they can even pull their weapon out. If you watch where you're going, you're significantly less likely to be killed by a betty or clay, also the stealth perk works properly on this mod, but there's no avoiding tubes, people say flak jacket but honestly it's too weak to be any use.
