yes im running fiber since two years now but it still expensive here thats why i pay only for 120 MBPS.

Mine is through Cable TV but it might be fiber, no idea.

Damn !!!   Who is your carrier ?  You the only one on the node ?  We have Spectrum and have the 1 gig service (highest they offer in my area).  And consistently get mid 900's down and 41 up.

Service Electric Cable is the provider but I think it's through PenTeleData.  2 gig service normally pulls around 2300 down and 250 up.   runs $120 a month without TV ( I use an underground IPTV provider)  Had this service for about 8 months now, but didn't pull 2g speeds till I updated my router a few weeks ago.

Yeah I use a cat 8 to hardwire the PC in.  The rest of the house uses wifi.  I only have the 2 unit one, one upstairs one down.  my speeds on wifi have dramatically increased from about 130mbs to over 1k.
