Couple things that I would like to add about "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" which seems to be a "Grey Area" that needs to be better defined. This is a Gaming Community not a Competitive Clan. Some people tend to be serious "try hards" that will do everything that they can to win on every single map. This can be considered Unsportsmanlike Conduct if the person is constantly emptying out our servers. The People that modify there game files and the games CVAR/DVAR settings via the console (not talking about the settings in the options) to get an unfair advantage is something that really pisses me off. I know for a fact that we have several people that are using ProMod configs and other bullshit to get an unfair advantage. It's my opinion that those people should be permanently removed from our servers. This is Unsportsmanlike Conduct and is against the XI Code of Conduct. Team Stacking has been a serious problem for a Long Long time. I've even seen a couple Admins do it. There is no way that the same exact people end up on the same exact team on every map, day in and day out. I know of over a dozen regular players, in the evenings, that constantly team stacks. If you can't join a Random team without sitting in spectate until someone joins the other team then, IMO you need to piss off and find somewhere else to play. This can also be considered Unsportsmanlike Conduct.

(grrrrrrrr) know me by "their " made-up gaming name that I won't write here I am working as Analyst Programmer here in NZ and have lived in NZ since early 2011. I think next summer I will update to a new rig and a higher quality Monitor. I don't really need it for this game but what the heck at the age of 67 I likely don't have that many years left to enjoy gaming. Besides I think I Deserve a new PC, just because.

Expressing my perspective regarding the current practice of skipping maps in the MW Freeze Tag server is essential. Upon joining the server, I often find myself repeatedly engaging in the same maps, which has become monotonous. While I understand that individual preferences may lead some players to abstain from specific maps, we must recognize that our selection of maps is limited. The essence of Freeze Tag lies in its emphasis on points and teamwork, irrespective of the specific map being played. The practice of omitting every other map has become increasingly monotonous. The objective should not solely focus on individual skills but emphasize collaboration among team members to achieve victory through offensive actions and revivals. It is natural to encounter players with more excellent skills, and viewing these situations as opportunities for personal improvement is crucial. Complaints regarding other players being "too good" disrupt the experience, but overcoming such challenges is a fundamental aspect of competitive gaming. While I acknowledge that my sentiments may not resonate with everyone, I genuinely participate in this community to enjoy camaraderie with fellow clan members. This commitment is reflected in my participation in Zoom meetings and XI Fest events and my willingness to assist players in need. I do not perceive myself as a "distinguished member" of this clan; I consider myself a long-standing member who values our shared community.

also can adjust/tweak your monitor, use one of those test patterns to adjust brightness, contrast and after that then sharpness if your monitor has it . LCD screens Note the automatic settings over drive the back light and LED's,(so you buy more) it's sort of like your audio amp on the dial (depends on quality) 11:30 - 1:00 it starts to disort the sound quality same goes with led's. as i know from bro and me buy same TV model an he like his brightness you need sunglasses to watch it, his TV lasted 2yrs and mine is still going 20yrs + later i gave it to my niebourgh when got a bigger screen Weed if set-up like above, you will have a clearer outline of object to kill LED screens provide better readability due to their contrast, than LCD. This means less digital eye strain which can be harmful and have long term negative effects. LED screens and monitors usually offer more robust dimming options and various other screen comfort tweaks. All without sacrificing visual quality.Feb 10, 2023

I do not believe that guys should be substituted for lack of girls for the teams. Just play with as many guys as the girls can get. Other wise it will not be girls vs guys. I dont care that some guys might have a feminine side , they still got different hardware lol. You can always play more games with the same girls but change the guy players every match. .

Wild while I agree with you on most of what you wrote, map skipping is something that help keeping the server alive from time to time: Exemple very large map and very few people playing. But anyway, as it is now, the switching is a democratic process, so if most of the player at that moment dont like the map.... best having fun on an another map
