Hallo.This is just a way to get a gamming pc with high perfomance and specs with a budget less than 300 Dollars, wich today is amazing. Due the high prices in materials and techs is hard find a combo that allows you play AAA games in high resolutions with a decent fram fps rates. of cours, dont expect get 200FPS in CyberPunk!! Lol! remember is just an option to have some that works at fine prices. This is a way to get that. Not all people has a lot money to spend in a new pc or a second pc for gamming, so i think this can be interesting for those ones. Obviusly all is thinking about the cost and the benefits to get a gamming pc at a low cost but having a good perfomance that allows you at least play games like Gears5 in Ultra with 60-70 frames. Or God of Wars in Ultra with framerates about 70-100 fps etc.Older games like Cod Waw and so on with all ultra specs about 200 Fps. And all this for a budget no more than 300 Dollars. I am a big fan of Acer; I have an acer 165hz monitor that costs around $200 USD, but they have cheaper options that can still have 165hz. Also, with some Acers' you can enable a crosshair and mess with other settings for your monitor. They also will typically come with AMD freesync that syncs your systems min and max refresh rates. Also a tip for people with monitors. Some systems do not automatically have your display set to the highest setting that you can achieve. Going into your settings and then display will allow you to change your refresh rate to the maximum that your monitor allows to improve your experience.

The monitor I got (and still have) didn't break the bank, it was around $250 when I got it. Still going strong almost 6 years later, time flies! It is a Viewsonic 24", and 144hz. I noticed a large difference when I got it. I'm not up to date on the latest models etc. However a few things that come to mind: Going from 60hz to 144hz gives the biggest improvement if I remember correctly, compared with going from say 144hz to 250hz (someone can correct me if I'm wrong). The other thing that comes to mind is the input lag, which can vary quite a bit from monitor to monitor. Once you've narrowed down your selections, I'd look up some independent reviews on what the input lag is like on the monitors you are looking at. Older monitors and tvs can be bad for this, so you can see a big improvement going with something gaming specific. Something else to bear in mind is I believe the larger the screen and the better the resolution, the greater the graphics card requirements. Worth bearing in mind if you intend on playing newer games and/or your card isn't great. Cod4 shouldn't be as badly effected, although I believe @KidSlayer! may still have ran into this issue at some point trying to play on something like a 64" screen? I think @crimson upgraded to I believe a 144 or 165 last year and noticed a big difference, not sure which model he got, but perhaps he will chime in. Hallo, Actually you can install W11 without problems in this build. Rusn perfectly. Only thing you have to do is disavble the TPM2 check for install- The cpu runs perfect with W11. ( i had one running exactly) By the other hand, of course this have some limits, is a budget very cheap for the build. but if you are looking for some that works and dont break your pocket this is a way to do it. Of course, if you have 3000 dollars or more to expend in a new PC all new and with the last tech go for that. But this pretends to be a simple way and cheap, very cheap to have some working. Here in the uk there is not really any mainstream PC stores we can go to, apart from Currys/PC World and there selection is abysmal and over priced as well as useless sales people who will only recomend the stuff they have been instructed to. My advice research is your best friend. Look for 3 or 4 in your price range and then research the crap out of them. I look for reviews everywhere, Customer reviews are a good indication of people who have bought what you are looking for and reliabillity/ value for money. And then there is the online tec reviews like Cnet , Pc world and you tube. Good luck @Totty

I read everything, about everything, and after many years have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as an 'expert'. Bonds, stocks, shares, crypto, horses, systems, gurus etc etc etc all have their day and ups and downs and failures. Yes in the short term (window) if you are on the ball you can make money, but there is one thing that most forget - money is imagined, man's creation, not real and certainly not stable. I confess to having no particular knowledge of finance, however it is obvious to me that we are in trouble when things like the great reset are bandied about. In a peculiar way Covid crippled currencies as Governments printed their way out of a situation, but it was coming anyway. All this for one very simple fact, the experts cannot predict world events, Covid, Ukraine and food shortages being just some examples. Anyway to the point, I note the predictions, forecasts, graphs and multiple conclusions from 'experts', but a quick reminder to the average Joe/Jill, if you can't hold it, and don't own it, likelihood is it ain't there. The one thing I do know however (from experience) is that the entire world is currently in turmoil. Countries economies collapsing, huge movements of displaced people, the usual proxy wars but their numbers are higher than ever before, food and water shortages but above all else weak politicians, entirely unsuited to dealing with these problems. Tron bless him reminded me about this with his prediction of depression or hyperinflation, but there is one more thing to consider as a consequence, war. Depressing isn't it?
