Do you know Crunch , that 15 or 20 years ago they started selling the houses condemned in Love canal for dirt cheap saying it was all clean and 5 years later shit was seeping into basements again and in the yards. Boy what a good deal them homeowners got with no recourse cause they knew at one time the land was condemned.

Essie responded, "It's a bottle of whiskey that I got for Bio." The old woman was silent for a moment or two, then speaking with the quiet wisdom of an elder, she said, "Good trade." Pia was reminiscing and said, "When I was a little kid, my dad would swear and then say 'Excuse my French'. Then one day my 3rd grade teacher asked if anyone could speak a foreign language, so I raised my hand."
