It is now more than a week since I have ordered my new computer parts
Everything was in stock when I did my order so I ordered everything for that company and even paid nearly 1100 euros. according to their website within 24 hours everything would be chipped yellow

 

The past week has been three times another reason why I passed anything of my ordered parts have ingested.

The first time was because the internal memory is not in stock (Monday) was. the rest was ready for shipment and Thursday was the case again. So it would be sent without the memory and come Friday.
The third time was suddenly the video card (end of day Friday) and no longer available, a replacement card in the place agreed
Saturday was just the video card in to me and the rest not because now missing suddenly the Crucial SSD 64GB M4. I was told.
According to the last appointment I had made with the company today I would look everything inside.
Something tells me this is not going to happen because otherwise I'd already had a code within which I can track the shipment via the Internet.


This morning I'll have a contact with this company again and I'll hand it to my lawyer'm now done with it.

I don't know if you ordered on the internet Judge, but with the advent of on-line purchasing, the reports do seem to point towards anybody being able to set up a company offering poor service, as that face to face human interface is gone, people care less about what the offer, service is everything, as you won't buy from a bad supplier again.

I just talked to someone in sales between one and two called back.
The stuff was not sent
He is now in consultation with their manager to determine what went wrong

I have that case. I love it. One word of warning. Do not try to roll it around with the wheels locked. It will destroy the 2 locking wheels. They are cheap plastic. Always make sure the 2 wheels that lock are unlocked before rolling it around. :)   (Yes.. I am on IDIOT)

Pleased to read that your worries are over and you'll soon have the new PC.

Is there no law in the Netherlands to protect the consumer?

We have a couple of good ones here (and I thought much of our consumer law was directed from the European Commission these days - they always seem to be putting out directives).

I have dealt with several bad companies over here and the best way to reward them is to spread the word about them and never do business with them again.  I reckon I managed to lose one American PC manufacturer about £30k of business just by telling my story of how they treated me to people who approached me for advice!  I nearly sought the prosecution of another company that duplicated my order and then refused to refund the money they had taken in error until their goods arrived back in their warehouse!

It should really come in otherwise I look for that company.

Still nothing inside even after their commitment to it has been sent.

Not thought but unfortunately it is still the truth.

Again nothing arrived and it's now Wednesday.

I just called again and was told that the order was discharged in other words it washandled.

I told Erik the vendor that this was not seen anything I've ingested.

Erik asked me to wait he would ask what went wrong.

After I had waited I got him back on the phone and he came up with the same storythat I now have 10 days to listen. The order is not complete so there is somethingnot in stock.

At that time I was really angry because yesterday had already been consultationand was told that yesterday late afternoon or today in everything because everything would have been sent.

Now again be discussed and I'm still waiting for my order, which apparently is so great that this company can not handle.

Wish you good luck Hans! a 64GB SSD boot drive is a little tight, Win 7 takes 20GB, so only 40GB left for 2 or 3 of your BEST games...don't install your Steam folders on there!!!!

Just a thought

I phoned yesterday with my bank.

Only the bank can recover my money back.

Who advised me to a lawyer if nothing is supplied.

Yet I have something more confidence in the outcome.

For yesterday is a part of my money refunded.

This money was for the memory that they could not deliver.

Right now I have about 700 euros to get computer components inside.

You're right there but they are quite expensive: p

But after consulting the company is also deleted from my order and get the money refunded.

Have now agreed to spend more and get a bigger one
