How's the G35 for music? Running an internet radio station, I need outstanding musical audio performance. Not only that, but I tend to have my headset on for really long periods. Is the G35 comfortable for the distance or do you eventually get fatigued? I'm presently running with a Sennheiser headset. It's lightweight, has amazing music audio quality, but it's not "surround."

I need a new set, too. Gonna go for the G35. :) Saw a couple of these in the store yesterday, but they looked like specialty versions with wireless transmitters for...the XBOX and Sony Playstation 3. Amazon.com has the G35 for $109.00 plus tax USD. Just purchased. The wireless version looks really cool, but...it's another $50.00. Hmm....

I love my G930's ( wireless version of the G35) amazon had them on sale just after christmas for 100. Got them as the kids trashed two other sets by pulling them off the desk by the wire.

They have them made now. Go to their pre-order site and they are out of them already. WTF Did they only make 3 or 4 sets of them? :realmad:

Hey Mot, I run a station also and use the G35. Works great. I would recommend highly.

Awesome. My Sennheiser headset is still working pretty awesome for now, but I notice it's volume control, which is this stupid little in-cord thingie, getting a little unbalanced at certain volumes. I have to kind of go back and forth to get a clean spot on the pots so both ears are in balance. The G35 is what I'll look at next. :guitar:

ok..update on the G35. Sound: AWESOME...it's detached sound...like you're listening in a room..amazing ambience created by the virtual surround. Comfort: ok, but...see below. Mic: excellent and everyone now hates me 'cause I use the squirrel voice changer all the time. :)

So what's the problem? I now have significant neck and middle-back pain. The headset is SO heavy and pushes on the ears so much that after a few hours gaming, I've screwed up my neck and back. So...I'm gonna have to dump this headset for a lightweight model. Will post about it once I decide on something. The Fatality is looking good at this point...light and excellent sound. We'll see. I'll miss my little squirrel voice, but I'm sure other's won't.

Possibly! Gotta see if Amazon will take it back first 'cause then I'll get everything refunded. Few days of NOT using it..my neck is significantly better! DAMN @#% logitech...I swore off them years ago and this is what I get for going back. I definitely need a lightweight headset. Maybe Sennheiser...Bose...or another brand. Or...desktop MIC it is...

Ok Amazon...I'm too late. :( SO... G35 goin' up for sale. I'll post something in a bit. Probably...around $100.00...maybe a drop under. I'm gettin' the new Fatal1ty set. Supposed to be less than half the weight of the G35. Hopefully my neck won't hurt with that one.

Yeh I know what you mean. They keep saying that it's to ensure the product is good quality. Hmmmm I'm somewhat wondering if it really will be good quality if they can't ETA properly.

Well I got my e-mail and went to order it and it is out of stock that quick. WTH.
