I hope this is kinda what you DM guys were looking for, if not go ahead here and post and let me know. I was really enjoying the previous maps and mods. I don't like shotguns at all and sniper maps are a total bore to me. The DM server is the only one that I enjoy so I look forward to a change back if possible. I realize that my opinion is probably not shared by very many but that's my take on it. So far the only major problem is that you can't choose which side you want to be on, and it seems to default everybody to German. I never play on the German side because I can't stand the weapons and always use a M1 garand. So how it is now you're left with first and secondary weapons as a German weapon. The panzerschek is cool but you're rarely able to kill somebody without a direct hit, which is damn near impossible with one of those things. I still have my doubts that many people will want to play this mod. I know many of the old timers here prefer it, but the majority of those willing to play DM want the Area 51 mod. But this mod adds the need to learn other weapons, which is cool. But I do agree the grenades stink. And I notice a slight delay in "smacking" people in the head. How about a monthly mod rotation ?
