The other reason is even with a 1 in 100 chance of dropping a nuke, I personally do not think that it should drop one at all. I do agree with you though that the care package thieves have really started showing there heads more lately. Admins that have been given access in the server configs will be able to apply various punishments. A few problems to work out tho if for example the player is suicided when in the minigunner or predator etc. That kind of ability should be limited however to confirmed cases of bad behavior and not just someone complaining about another player. There only two exceptions 1. Stealing one from the opposing force 2. And when a teammate has said to go get it because he is dead. Bottom line is if you didn't call for the care package then it's not yours, just leave it alone, remember people have had to earn that package and then it gets stolen and we wonder why arguments start.
