Not an issue with the mod but can we get the game files added to the downloader please? I am getting 1mb/s speed off the server then just before the download is complete it restarts at 12kb/s. The downloader always delivers constant speeds over 1mb. Cheers! :thumbsup:

Just played my first couple of maps and such an improvement over the first roll out, well done everyone who was involved in bringing it together  :thumbup: Im sure there will be some stuff to iron out but in my opinion all good so far. Cheers! :thumbsup:

check sentry guns after i got mine   i was able to deploy it fine but every time i died i got a new one  which was funny as hell  check mod settings

i dont have the key set for it so the only way i can deploy it is by getting killed  so once i got 1 i got killed it deployed then everytime i got killed after that it kept deploying more.  i think it has something to do with settings on server

That sounds like a bug. I made a small change that was meant to allow players to keep secured but undeployed sentries in between rounds. It does not include care packages that were not secured yet so the marker when used is lost. Sounds like if you secured it but have not yet deployed it, are frozen, and it is dropped where frozen you get another when unfrozen. Is this right? If so that means I forgot something in the drop sentry on death code. Not a good thing and can be exploited. :lol:

Yeah, it was hilarious. Every time LOCO died he got a new sentry gun without getting another 6 kills to get one. It was fun to watch but not fun for the other team. 

 

Oh, and I already suspect people to complain about my shotgun (SPAS-12). NOTHING is wrong with it. People just get upset that when I have the grip on, I get a little more range. It is the same as it was before the new mod. People just want to drive me into the ground. It does not need to be nerfed. It already takes forever to reload and the rate of fire is really slow. I know how to weapon switch quickly to fire faster, or use Double Tap, though. If anything, I am at a disadvantage. I run around exposed to long range fire like an idiot. I don't complain when I am shot from afar, but everyone complains that I can shoot 10 yards ahead of me AT BEST. With the new Body Armor, unless I use Stopping Power AND my grip, it is no longer a one-shot kill with the Stealth perk I normally use. Everyone needs to calm down.

Not touching any weapons. Any. Nope. Nadda. Uh uh. :lol:

 

The way grips work is that they do not extend range or anything else like that. That includes recoil. The only thing it does is increase centering time after each round which obviously increases accuracy when firing multiple rounds. This is not anything I did but how all non-custom weapons work as well as custom.

 

As for the sentry I will get a fix to Rugger as soon as I can so he can upload it. In the mean time the other team can do this also. I can imagine the mayhem.

there's something wird going on with the score sorting. 

How can someone who has 21 kills and 12 defrost be on the lowest place in the list and only gets 820 score while i have 15 kills and 8 defrost have 1990 score ?

yes here, my ping was doing good at 122, score k/d/r was good but it seems there is a constant time delay, were as before it has been up and down, where i am constantly about 1/2 sec behind.  I am putting 1/2 to a full clip into ppl, but they are shooting me with about 2 bullets.

 

What I am getting at is there are improvements in constant ping and removal of information speeding up and slowing down, but the delay seems constant for packet flow.

Once there, there is a spot near the top of that page that says "clan information" If you do that for this server, it says "no clan information available. Click here to claim this server"

 

Just curious why we don't have anything listed here, or have not yet "claimed" the server from Gametracker?

Just been to Gametracker and i see no problem with the server not being "claimed" when a server is not claimed you cannot see anyone who is playing in the server or any names at all or any persons position in the server, i see all those, which means the server is claimed, this is no different then it has been for years, sure you on the correct server?

I added our clan info to the server. Like SOB stated the server is claimed and we are tracking stats on it

That certainly is weird. All I can think of is that maybe points got taken away.  Can anyone think of any situations in the game, this mod or anything else, where people lost points? Doesnt have to be gameplay related. Its pretty difficult to track down a problem if I dont know where to look.

There is an optional setting for losing points due to team kills but by default it is off. But even if it was enabled the tac nuke is exempted anyways. I will check it all out again to be sure. However if it is certain that after using one the player does lose points let me know.  During all the testing I get tac nukes all the time but never saw my score declining.

 

Another possibility is how many points do you get for 21 kills and 12 assists? I dont know what the settings are. The assist itself just means 1 full defrost, or a combination of partials that = 1 full. I am wondering if all those high scores are getting extra bonuses for killing sprees and things like that. They can add up.

Did @Prinny not have this score problem and think it might have been something to do with throwing a care package and not picking it up before the round ends?

I wonder is it when people are leaving ammo from care packages lying

A score for not picking a package? The only way that would happen is if there is some 'end of round' score setting. I cant imagine why I could add such a thing but I will look to be sure.

 

Are there any more end-of-round CI's? When it did happen before the error itself was near where certain scores are given and I thought it was maybe related but the problem itself should have been fixed.
