Ok so you mean - you have Hardwired. An enemy CUAV is activated. You however are not affected. You die and do not change classes or perks (be sure of this). On defrost however you are affected, if that CUAV is still up. When it is over you see the map again. Sound about right?

For the care package its not that you are too close. It's that you are not focusing closely enough to the center of it. I will see if the lookat requirements are a little too strict tho.

Ok, the center point of the package must fall within a 72 degree cone from the forward direction of your eye. Meaning within 36 degrees in any direction. If your lookat isnt within this you cannot secure it. The purpose of this is so you dont try and secure it with your ass while shooting.

Correct, but I become affected once I am frozen. I have not become affected if I was frozen before the CUAV was called.

Ok probably just a minor thing not being done when being frozen. For game mechanics, when you are frozen you are actually spawning from death normally. Just in a bubble and locked. When defrosted, since you are already spawned, it just moves your position. One of the Open Warfare options for ftag just unfreezes you where you are and doesnt send you back to start. There were some other functions that needed to be restarted at defrost and likely this does also. Thx.

Bottom left corner, it spams that like 12 times when a sentry defroster is defrosting someone.  Is that supposed to show up?

No thats a debug message. There are lots of them during development and I forget some. Thank you for pointing that one out and it will be removed on next update. :thumbsup:

top left corner, you can see it says everyone is dead on one team, but 1 guy was actually still alive and turning into a car.  He had to go to spectate for the round to end. 

Several people have seen on the last 2 maps that those numbers in the top left corner don't always match the scoreboard.

Seems there is a problem in overtime - maybe you already know.  The counts have been off the past couple of maps.  For example, there was a round were there were actually alive on each team.  The server thought there was 2 on one team and gave them a win rather than a draw.  This happened twice on one map...another map there were zero people alive (in the count) but the list showed one person thawed.  (actually everyone was frozen).  The server would not progress for some reason. 

 

I"m not seeing a consistency here, but certainly the overtime counts are off in some way.

Hmm. Seems both posts were about the same time. One player was in a car it sounds like. The scoreboard showed him as alive but the 'frozen' scores did not. I am wondering if both posts were related. When a game ends, including overtime, the car blows up in tdm.  I suppose ftag needs an extra check. They both have different 'end of game' functions. In this case, overtime ended but the player in the car was still going? And later when the car was over, I assume he blew up and respawned? He was the only player in the game and had to go to spectate for the round to actually end?

 

The debug info was when I was working on the red target markers when players were defrosted to make sure the 'create marker' functions were being called. Previously they were not.

Myself and the beta testers did the best we could to look for problems and the ones found were fixed. But as always patches are needed after release. Thx for your patience.

Not all the time, no, others can attest to that. I have heard lots of people complaining about out. People are giving the wrong Intel because they think it's an enemybut it's a teammate

Just a small suggestion:

 

Could you make it so that rcxds dont explode when the timer has run out if there is an enemy with hardwire nearby?

Lets make one that explodes when Tim is nearby, Fu Tim.

If it still doesnt work after server restart make a post. The friendly names are still there, I think, so there is some overlap.

I think if my face is in the care package past the centre point, I would technically be facing away from it so would not be looking within the cone...but also, if my face is in the care package, I'm not going to be trying to do anything else.

 

Having loads of issues with knife fails and I can't shoot shit from 2 feet away half the time. I didn't suck this bad on the old mod.

Mini Nukes are Worthless.I think they're broken.I got 1 a couple days ago and got a BUNCH of Hit markers with it but not a single Kill.

 

 

Something IS up with the Hit Boxes @@Blaze I can't hit SHIT when enemy are Close.10-15 yards Even with a AK47U and double tap.After they either Tube ya or Kill ya with a pistol or run away or Knife you You can Clearly see the spray pattern on the wall behind them and there's NO Doubt that the bullets went straight through them.

 

There was 3 people in the Basement stair way of the Office map the other day.I jumped down the stairs and all 4 of us were shooting the Crap out of each other but No one got Kills or Hit markers untill we switched to Pistols.Pistols work I got 2 kills before the last one took me out with a knife.

 

 

I shot someone in tha back of the head last night from around 3-4 yards away with a P90 he was laying on the ground snipping and switched to pistol and turned around and killed me.It's like the Hit boxes are not Inside the Character Model. Not sure if Hit Boxes are to the Left or To the Right or On Top or Below the Model but it's messed up.

 

 

Even Snipping is messed up.Aim for the head and get a hit marker like you hit an Arm or Leg.

I agree with private death I have heard a lot of people complaining about the close range shots not killing people
