I am wondering if anyone reading this would happen to have one they could send me so I won't go absolutely insane. It's been one thing after another and this is driving me MAD! OMG...  Is this Days of Our Lives or As The World Turns.

Dean, if there wasn't shit luck, you'd have none at all.

Good luck buddy at getting your stuff straightened out.  Network adapter cards are pretty cheap.  I am sure you can find one at a local Staples or computer shop, whatever you have down there fairly cheaply.

Here is my problem: my pc was doing just fine when all of a sudden it started going on and off line and takes forever to load a page if it even does. I keep refreshing after it has stalled for like several minutes. Eventually when it comes back on it will load the page really fast. But if I have to select different things to get to a specific page or site it takes forever again. I am totally frustrated by this crap. Everything is new except the network card. When I upgraded to Win 10 I found an all-in-one for my motherboard but do I need to update my internet card too? It's a RealTech and the other night Windows told me that something should be done there but while I looked at it I ignored the warning. Should I find the update to it too?

Hey next time you get connected, Update your Realtek Lan Adaptor card,  Open Device Manager, Find your Network Device and right click on it and use Automatic Updates to find new driver.

This should do it for you on Win 10, I had some issues with out of date Realtek drivers when I upgraded to Windows 10 also.

Hope you get sorted.

@@SupaDupa this is NOT a Wi9n 10 problem. First it has been happening way before I upgraded to 10 and secondly it also happened on both Win 7 and Win 8.1! My son said the same thing before he finally upgraded and he likes it now and very very few probs. lol

I Had a bad NIC On a Laptop I purchased from Microcenter a While back. I found that If I switched the connection to a "Metered Connection" I Was able to maintain a steady Online gaming connection. However, When I shut down the device, and turned it back on, it would be shit again. UNLESS, I switched from "Metered Connection" to " Unmetered Connection" before shutting the PC Down. And of course, turning it back on when the PC started.

In order to test, please left click your internet icon on taskbar > Right click the connection you are on> " Go To Settings">Advanced Options> Metered Connection.

Hopefully this may give you at least a temporary fix.

Go0fLo0p after reading what AimTriggerDead posted I decided I would try anything and went there and I remembered now as I set this thing up I chose for it not to recognize the network. So I decided to change that and rebooted and walla it seems to have fixed it for me! lol So at this point don't worry about it as right now it is blazing fast again! :)
