I was at the store yesterday and found what I was looking for a small 2 quart Crock Pot. I have a large one but it end up making way too much food and end up eating bad ass left overs for a week or longer. I wanted one to do small meals like today's meal.. ISIS Disaproved Pork Chops.

Today I have 3 ISIS disproved pork chop on the bottom. Some olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, basel, oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and chicken bouillon. On top of that is a potato and an onion diced. Then cayenne pepper on top of that. You can never have too much cayenne pepper.

I doubt I will be on the shitter after this meal but we can hope for the best.

If anyone knows how to make a Shepard Pie and if I can make it in this... please tell me how. I will give it a try.

Please post recipe idea you have. Lets make cooking great again. I will try out anything that does not contain fish in it. I have a problem with fish. I don't like it.

I respect your words.... you should know. But you will have to retract that statement on chemicals are fake. I have to download then upload the video of the CIA director saying we do just that. :)

But I respect you opinion and I am still open minded. I can be proven wrong. I accept that. I want to be proven wrong. That is my crazy. Doing the same thing over and over anticipating a different result.

That is Human. We master patterns. It is how we work. And I am just trying to figure this world out. I do it every day. Crazy.. yes I know. I am hoping for a different result than what we are being giving............ not for me. Screw me....... our future.

Here is a recipe for you. My family calls it Barf chicken because of how it looks. But it tastes great.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into 1 inche strips

2 cans mushroom gravey

1 pack Italian dressing mix

1 large can diced green chiles ( I use the hot ones )

1 8 oz cream cheese cut into half inch blocks

Mix all in crock pot and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 5. Just check chicken to make sure it's cooked through. Don't want to over cook it. It is still good but chicken will be a little dryer. If sauce is to runny mix up some corn starch and water and add to it. Usually about a table spoon of corn starch makes into a nice thick sauce.

Serve over pasta.

For @@hxtr Beef Bourguignon servers 3-4

 Ingredients

Sea Salt and Black Pepper

700g Braising Steak cut into 2.5 centimetre cubes

1.5 Large Carrots peeled and sliced

Half Medium Onion Sliced

3 Strips Cooked Bacon cut into 2.5 cm pieces

150ml Beef Stock

240ml Red or Burgundy Wine

7-8g Tomato Puree

1 Clove Garlic Chopped

1.5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme

1 Bay Leaf

225g Fresh Mushrooms.

Plain Flour

To Cook

1) Coat Beef in Flour seasoned with Salt and Pepper then sear in frying pan

2) Place Meat in Crock Pot and add remaining ingredients

3) Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 6 hours

I doubled all my ingredients as i will be freezing it and eating it at another time, i substituted Fresh Thyme for 2 teaspoons of powdered Thyme, i also added Chopped Celery to this recipe too, how much is up to you, but i find Celery pretty boring unless it is cooked then it is totally different.

I was wondering the spices.. besides garlic.

It will be good. I love slow cooker food. It is so hard to make a mistake. You can set it and go to work.. come how and dinner is done. I passed out one night long time ago and realized I forgot the food the next mornig. It was fine. lol
