This has to be one of the neatest web sites whether you have gasoline in your veins or not.

This is a Web-site featuring the original factory brochures for nearly every American car you have ever owned.

Pick the manufacturer, the year and the Model.

Enjoy!

This was my first one, except the 350 not the 400! Was even this color and had a Hurst 4 speed manual transmission and was fast. Worked all summer at 17 years old and saved the $580.00 I paid for it! And yes, certainly wish I still had it, but some drunk hit me in the back quarter panel and messed it up good two years later.

50968dc89c327_Studebakercar.jpgIt was my grand parents that my sister bought from them. My brother bought it from her and replaced the straight-line six with a 289 V-8 and that made the rear end stick up naturally. It seemed we were always working on that motor trying to tweak it one way or the other. It was a good learning car tho.

Here's mine, 78 Chevy Nova. Got it while in High School for $900. Was in crash in it and ended up with all new fenders and quarter panels and new paint.

Ah the glory days. My first car at age 16 was a 76 Jeep CJ7. Two years later I owned a 67 Camaro SS. Still wish I had both of them. I'm currently looking for a 69 through 72 Chevy K-5 Blazer to restore.

Well, my first was a 1979 Dodge Diplomat.....same as they used for cop cars. It had a 318 that would make a loud whistling noise when you punched. Mine was just like the cream colored one below.

5096ae6c7dae1_79Diplo.jpg

After about a year with that thing.......I got a '79 Pontiac 6.6L Trans Am with an Olds 403. Sweet car. I traded that for my wife's engagement ring......we still have the ring. I miss the car, but it was a good trade and I would do it again :)
