Instead, use this command in the chat window: !votekick player You do not need to type the player's full name; just the first few letters will do. It will search the names to find a match. I'll see what I can do about !vk though. Right now you can also do !rules to see the rules and for now I'm going to put the command help in there... That way if somebody wants to know how to vote kick another player, they also get a nice look at the rules. tehehehe...
