Made this last night. I must do it again tonight.

Weber grill with charcoal and pecan wood to smoke it for flavor.

For the Sauce 1 table spoon or more of cayenne pepper, Texas Pete Hot sauce (Made in New Jersey) and some Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce or your favorite BBQ Sauce.. but I like it hot so Cayenne pepper added.... Sauce goes on last after chicken is cooked.

Red potatoes cooked on the grill then cut in half then split down middle. Put in foil with butter, then topped with Parmesan chess and cheddar cheese put on last after pototos were cooked and smoked be the pecan wood good.

After the chick was done and the sauce cooked in I put some Parmesan cheese on most of the chicken.

The one leg with nothing on it and one potato after I took all the dairy off was for the dogs. They loved it just is much as I did.
Took about a 8 or 9 beers to complete this.

Grilling on a Weber grill makes it easy to cook everything all at once.

Same here.. I have a smoker and I dont use it very often. Gas grills take all the fun out of grilling and it never tastes as good. I use one of them charcoal starters so I never have to use lighter fluid just newspapers.

Im still full from last night. Cant wait to be hungry again. This time tonight Im doing thighs.

Last week I made some really hot chicken and my poor dog got a bit to much of it. She was not happy all night long. Made sure to segregate their food from mine this time so not to be spicy.

Cancer risk from grilling, however, is real, but it changes dramatically with what you grill and how you do it.

The problem with traditional grilling comes from the combination of meat with intense heat. Whether you are using red meat, poultry or seafood, substances in the muscle proteins of these foods react under high heat to form carcinogenic compounds called heterocyclic amines (HCAs). HCAs can damage the DNA of our genes, beginning the process of cancer development.

Consumption of HCAs is mostly clearly linked to cancers of the colon and stomach. One study found that people who eat the most barbecued red meat (beef, pork and lamb) almost doubled their risk of colon polyps, compared to those who did not eat these foods. Colon polyps can develop into colon cancer. Some evidence also suggests that these carcinogenic compounds can travel through the bloodstream to other tissues. This would explain why HCAs could be a factor in breast cancer and other cancers.

At Teds; We only purchase charcoal  that has been certfied "HCA Free".

If you ever need a job as a cook let me so I can fire one my illiegal dishwashers and give you his job therby killing two birds with one stone. 1st calling ICE and getting another illegal depoted and 2nd keeping away you away from any kind of food prep and as a bonus, saving a little on payroll. Also noting  your fine sense of  making a dish visibly pleasing by including those weeds around that exotic brickwork in meal presentation, well done son.

In a few weeks when I get back from Greece remind me to post it. But I have a killer recipe for Jalepeno poppers for the grill. Tried a lot f different ways and finally came up with one that really works. Also have one for scheshwan ribs that's great. But takes a bit to make them. Boil bake and then onto the BBQ
