I would suggest you backtrack any device driver, or hardware changes since this started happening. Also, have you tried COD4x? All the above suggestions are valid options to exercise. Awards

I kept blaming the patch till I tried running the game before the patch. If you think about it at the time, I'm pretty sure Activation did this on purpose to get more people on a mic.
