While we joke about it, it's true... so it's probably helpful for anyone looking into starting to click on the links Sammy provided.

So unzip it I place it on my desktop. Find your iwi place it in the converter folder. Then drag that iwi and drop it onto the iwi to dds file and it will spit out a dds file for you. Backwards for the reverse. But in all honesty I always use the tools to create my iwi's dds tools for adobe https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop Convertors.rar
