Sammy helped and we added a timer to the heist perk, when you die the person with the heist perk will have 35 secs to steal your killstreak, after that they can't B. Reduced the jumping height just a little bit, might need to tweak this a little bit C. Reduced the time EMP effects you from 20 secs to 10 secs 2. For the people that do use it please stop, the only reason to use it is to get to places regular jumping will not get you. Go to a jump server if you wanna do that kind of jumping. 6. We are asking players with altered player config files to stop using them and start using stock configs so everyone is on the same playing level. Some people alter their player config files to move faster, reload faster, jump higher etc. We ask you remove all the alterations when playing on our servers. This is a very good point, I have never altered anything either, so what I read from this is that you have knowingly allowed people to play for years who are effectively 'hacking' ? Sorry no other way of seeing this, I'm horrified, and so will be other honest souls, interesting that after this announcement at 1900 UK time, the server when normally packed was empty ? Did they assume they would be kicked (or discovered?) how many years has this been ignored ? Not only am I very disappointed but also very angry, no the wonder we have players everyone else has banned.

Thought I'd share that this past Friday I suffered a serious eye injury and needed 26 stitches to fix me up. I was helping out a friend loading up some stuff for the dump and didn't realize he had put on the trailer some scrap steel and when I turned around to throw some stuff on the trailer I caught a piece of steel near my right eye at full force of my movement. All I know is I can't believe how much the face bleeds lol. So far they the doctors are hopeful I will have a full recovery but time will tell. I played ftag today for the first time and Eraser told me Ihe could tell I was little off on my killing lol so I guess will be an easy target for awhile when I play haha!! I will still play here and there if I'm feeling up to it. Take care all D

Another IDEA: For every additional player on the enemy team that is NOT frozen, add a second of killstreak respawn time. So, the base time would be 0 seconds. If the teams are even or your team is in the lead, you come out of your killstreak immediately. If your team is down 8 to 4, you get 4 seconds, 15 to 1, 14 seconds (maybe a cap at 8 or 10), 2 to 1, 1 second, etc.

I know what we need ............ Get rid of the kill streaks altogether......... Instead have Defrost streaks that way everyone plays the game the way it was meant to be and the ones who work the hardest gets the perks

Yeah, it's an issue @Ruggerxi. The other day I changed my weapon because out of ammo and selected the second one. Then I used my rcxd. When respawning after the end of the rcxd, I was in the middle of three enemies (with 2 seconds of invisibility) and my weapon went automatically back to the first one with no ammo. What do you think happened? Yeah, I was killed right away without being able to defend myself! Can't we change that? I.e. the automatic change of weapon after using a RCXD?

Amen! The longer I play, the more I have to bunny hop to keep up with the 'good' players ... and I hate myself for it. It just makes the game about who can hop and fire the best rather than the accuracy skilz and strategy that should be inherent in freezetag style of game. My feeling is that the hop takes advantage of some lag time as from my perspective (on my screen) I literally see players hop out of my bullets that should have already registered as hits. I did some private testing with my son a while back and found the running hop worked but standing hop did not. I guess I should have recorded that. The point is that the hop takes place after the bullets have already left the gun and there is no way that the hop should be faster than the bullet. Again. I don't know @Sammy but I can certainly say that I appreciate all he did to make this mod and to improve it. Thank you.

LOL I went to a Cinderella concert back in 87 (decked out with my leather and chains and long hair down past my shoulder blades) and woke up in some girls bed with her mom bringing me breakfast in bed the next morning. Probably the strangest and most Awesome time I've ever had. My "friend" which drove us up there just happened to be driven a stolen car and got busted on a beer run that night and I ended up somewhere up near Kennywood in Pittsburgh at this girls house. Cinderella is my favorite band. I still wear the concert shirt that I bought at that concert.

Thank you very much for the invite for Saturday's virtual Happy Hour, but sadly, I will be attending the inurnment (burial) or my aunt Mary, who actually passed away on Nov 6th, 2019 but due to Covid, we had to re-schedule it five times. We finally settled on this weekend and it will be Saturday. Tip one for me and another one for Mary Ketterer, my "other Mom" - we were very close and we'll finally get closure after waiting so long.
